$185 for a 50-minute sessionIndividual Intensive Half Day - $800, Full day - $1,500
Meditation Intensive Half - $700, Full Day - $1,400
Couples Intensives Two and Half Days - $4,200
INSURANCE
Brooke is not in-network with any insurance companies, so we do not bill directly. With PPO insurances plans, Brooke is considered out-of-network providers and you may be reimbursed in full or in part. However you may request a superbill at the time of service to give to your insurer.
Please check your coverage by asking the following questions:
Does my plan provide out-of-network reimbursement for mental health?
Is there a deductible I need to meet before you will start to reimburse me?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What percentage of the fee do you cover?
PAYMENT
Cash, checks, and all major credit cards are accepted methods of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel a session, simply email me at admin@brookeousterhoudt.com or leave a voice or text message at (704) 413-4891 at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or not showing for a scheduled appointment, will result in a full session charge.
