Couples Intensives

In Crisis? Yearning for Deeper Connection?

Healing is not a luxury reserved for the calm. It is urgent. It is necessary. And when relationships are frayed by disconnection, betrayal, or the weight of unspoken pain, time is not a neutral force.

Why wait weeks or months to mend what hurts now?

If you’re seeking not just solutions but truth—if you’re ready to confront the patterns that keep you stuck—this intensive is for you.

The Couples Intensive: A Space for Radical Honesty

In our hurried world, love often becomes another item on the to-do list. But healing requires depth, presence, and the courage to slow down. Over two and a half days, we’ll step out of life’s chaos and into a sanctuary where you can:

  • Uncover the roots of disconnection—not just the symptoms.
  • Break cycles shaped by past trauma, unmet needs, or unconscious fears.
  • Rewrite the narratives that keep you repeating the same battles.

This is not about “fixing” each other. It’s about seeing yourselves—and each other—with unflinching compassion.

How It Works

1. The Foundation

We begin with your story. Through a thorough interview process, I’ll listen not just to your words but to the emotions beneath them: the grief, the longing, the hope that persists even in struggle.

2. The Work

Together, we’ll create a map of your relationship’s nervous system—the triggers, the protective walls, the vulnerabilities. Using a blend of psychotherapy and somatic practices, we’ll:

  • Explore how past pain lives in your present interactions.
  • Practice communication that heals, rather than defends.
  • Cultivate rituals to reconnect mind, body, and spirit.

3. The Integration

Healing doesn’t end when the intensive does. You’ll leave with tools to nurture your new insights: practices for conflict, moments of rupture, and—critically—moments of joy.

Who Is This For?
  • Couples in crisis, seeking immediate clarity.
  • Partners feeling stagnant, hungry to reignite purpose.
  • Those ready to face hard truths—not to assign blame, but to reclaim love.
This Is Not a “Workshop.” It’s a Pilgrimage.

You will not be handed superficial strategies. You will be guided into a compassionate inquiry into the stories you carry—the ones spoken and the ones buried. It will be challenging. It will be tender. And it will be shaped entirely by yourhumanity, your history, and your capacity to heal.
